About The Bankruptcy Trail
The Bankruptcy Trail turns a frightening pile of paperwork into a short, guided journey. Instead of a legal form, you travel a trail: you answer plain-language questions about your income, your debts, your property, and what is worrying you most right now — a garnished paycheck, a car about to be towed, a foreclosure date, or a phone that will not stop ringing. Ranges are fine, and you never need a single document to begin.
When you reach the end, the app builds a rough snapshot of how your situation looks under Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 — annualized income against the applicable median, equity and exemptions, and what a repayment plan might need to fund. That snapshot is a rough ballpark for your attorney's review, not a determination. A licensed bankruptcy attorney then reads your whole intake, flags anything that needs care before filing, and walks you through your real options in a free consultation.
Who it is for: individuals and families in Arizona and Washington who are carrying more debt than income and want an honest read on what is possible. It is not for corporations, and it is not a do-it-yourself filing tool.
Who builds it: The Bankruptcy Trail is built and operated by Majors Law Group, P.C., a full-service bankruptcy law firm representing clients throughout Arizona and Washington, with affordable flat fees, payment plans, and free consultations. We are a debt relief agency and we help people seek relief under the Bankruptcy Code. Questions? Call or text 855-603-3300.
